About me
Dr. Fredrica Nash is Senior Director of Education, Communication, and Training (ECT) at RTI International, where she leads a multidisciplinary team of staff delivering technical assistance, professional learning, and integrated communications and production services to federal, state, and local education systems. She also serves as Co-Director of the Center on Strengthening and Supporting the Educator Workforce (SSEW), leading national initiatives focused on educator workforce development and system-level improvement. Dr. Nash leads RTI’s work supporting Alternative Learning Programs and Schools (ALPS) in North Carolina and directs an executive coaching program for state education agency leaders in Texas. She brings deep expertise in educator workforce systems, coaching, and technical assistance delivery. As a practitioner leader, she focuses on translating evidence into actionable strategies that strengthen educator practice and systems. She is former North Carolina High School science teachers, Kenan Fellow for Teacher Leadership and author of the book Coaching to Empower Teachers.
