She skillfully manages and supervises instructional programs, leads faculty and staff development, and ensures compliance with all policies and regulations while maintaining a positive and student-centered learning environment. Dr. Brown is a proud graduate of South Carolina State University (B.S. - Mathematics), Gardner-Webb University (M.A. - School Administration), and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (Ed.D. - Educational Leadership). She has worked in both K-12 and higher education realms giving her a unique perspective in how the two systems work together.With almost 25 years of service as an educator, Dr. Brown has consistently championed access & opportunity, college and career readiness, character education, and student wellness. Her experience and professional expertise make her uniquely effective in connecting academic goals with student outcomes.Dr. Brown’s leadership extends beyond daily school operations as she supervises graduate students pursuing advanced degrees in educational leadership, shaping the next generation of school administrators.
