About me
Felicia Beddingfield has a diverse work background expertise as an Executive Director over a domestic violence & rape crisis center advocating for survivors of violence (primarily women and children) in the court room, in the schools, and community, as a member of the Governor’s Crime Commission Legislative Committee to enact better laws and services for women and children, and as a leader served as President over Duplin County FEMA Charter, member on the Duplin Partners for Health, North Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence, North Carolina Coalition Against Sexual Assault, and a member for many boards and committees throughout Duplin County. Currently, she works as a Secondary Social Studies teacher for Duplin Early College High School with 15 years in education. Ms. Beddingfield received her Bachelor’s in Science in Human Services for Criminal Justice from Walden University, a Master’s in Pastoral Counseling: Dobson Center’s Family Advocacy, Public Policy, & the Future from Liberty University, and a Masters in Art in Teaching Secondary Social Studies from Fayetteville State University.
