About me
Frank McKay has dedicated his career to designing and improving educational experiences for students and educators. As RTI's Director for Education Networks, Frank works with the amazing Early College Network (ECN) team at RTI to ensure that member voices and interests guide ECN activities as the network grows each year. Frank is especially interested in practices and policies that promote positive school culture, student success, and authentic learning where students and educators are empowered to enact meaningful change in their communities.
