About me
Nina Muller works as the Secondary Education Program Manager for the Public Service Leadership Program (PSLP), housed at the UNC-CH School of Social Work. She joined the School of Social Work staff in 2023 as the School Behavioral Health Program Lead for the Behavioral Health Springboard, and transitioned to the PSLP Secondary Education Program Manager role in November 2025. Her social work background includes working in elementary and middle schools in Denver, Colorado as a school social worker and school-based therapist. Nina received her MSW from the University of Denver in 2020, graduating with a concentration in Children and Youth and certificates in school social work and animal-assisted social work. Her professional interests include K-12 behavioral health, exceptional children services, animal-human interactions, and anti-oppressive practices in social work.
