About me
Teddy Walker is an Early College Liaison at Dearborn STEM Academy and has been a vital member of the Early College team for the past three years. In his role, Teddy works directly in classrooms alongside college professors and students, serving as a key bridge between high school and college expectations. He also provides individualized support to full-time Early College students as they navigate the academic, organizational, and personal demands of taking multiple college courses while still in high school.Known for his deeply caring, student-centered approach, Teddy offers consistent, relationship-driven support that helps students feel both challenged and supported. He has been instrumental in building and strengthening the MTSS structures used within the Early College program, ensuring that students receive timely, targeted interventions and holistic support.Through his presence in classrooms and his one-on-one work with students, Teddy plays a critical role in creating a supportive and equitable Early College experience where students are empowered to succeed at the college level.
