How do I register for the Summit? Register for the Summit at 2026earlycollegesummit.sched.com by either signing up for or logging into a Sched account.
How do I register for the Pre-Summit Study Visit? Register for the Summit at https://2026ecsummitstudyvisits.sched.com
Can I register a team/group of people? Yes, you may register teams and groups of up to 7 people. If you need to register more than 7 people, please contact Nicole Mills at [email protected].
- What forms of payment do you accept? Payments can be made online by credit card or via check by requesting an invoice when registering.
- Do you offer group or early-bird discounts? Yes, an early bird discount is offered through 2/27/26. Prior to that date, registration is $550 for ECN members, and $625 for non-members. After 2/27/26, registration is $600 for ECN members, and $675 for non-members. ECN members should contact Nicole Mills ([email protected]) to obtain the registration code to receive the member discount.
- Can I get a refund if my plans change? Yes, Summit registration canceled on or before 05/08/2026 is refundable less a $100 cancellation fee. Registration for the Pre-summit Study Visit cancelled on or before 5/08/2026 will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be received via email to Nicole Mills ([email protected]) no later than 05/08/2026. Cancellation requests after 5/08/2026 are not eligible for a refund.
- Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? Yes, Summit registration can be transferred to another person by emailing Nicole Mills at [email protected] no later than 05/30/2025.
Arrival & Accommodations
Are there special hotel rates for attendees? Yes, there is an EC Summit room block rate. Use this link to reserve your hotel room with the group. The deadline to book your accommodations is Thursday, May 8th.
How do I get to the venue from the airport or train station? The best way to get from the airport or train station to the hotel is to use Uber or Lyft. If you prefer a different mode of transportation, we recommend Black Tie Transportation located in Winston-Salem, NC. To make a reservation email [email protected] or call (336) 768-5177.

Are there on-site dining options or nearby restaurants? Breakfast and lunch will be provided for attendees both days of the Summit. Refer to the event center website for restaurants in the area.
